The researchers found that the increase in 2-deoxy-2-[18F]-fluoro-D-glucose glucose uptake in the small intestine after gastrectomy in diabetic patients correlated with postoperative glucose and body weight reduction. The object of the present invention is to provide a composition for glucose emission to promote the excretion of sugar from blood into a bowel by firstly coating it with any one of collagen, wheat protein, soybean protein, skimmed milk powder and milk serum and to pass through the stomach to the A receptor at the small intestine. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a glucose-emitting composition containing an A receptor ligand substance as an active ingredient by transferring an A receptor ligand substance to the small intestine to accelerate the emission of the glucose by defecation. After this material was first coated with wheat protein and then secondary coated with gelatin, it was administered to a type 2 diabetic mouse model (db / db), and glucose metabolism was improved.
